CONTROLLING ACCURACY : plus minus 2 deg C @ 1000 deg C & plus minus 3degC below 800degC.
CONSTRUCTION: It is double walled chamber. Inner high grade ceramic muffle and outer casing is made of thick mild steel sheet with attractive colour finished powder coated paint.
INSULATION: It insulated by Light weight ceramic fiber wool between Muffle & outer chamber
HEATING ELEMENT: The heating element made of A1 Kanthal coils wound externally on the muffle and embedded in best quality high temperature between 1100degC.
MODE OF TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Digital PID Temperature Indicating Controller with Suitable Thermocouple.
CONTROL PANEL: Built in control panel fitted with bottom side of furnace itself with the following accessories:-
- PID Micro Processor controlled Digital Temperature Indicating Controller
- Cr/Al. Thermocouple 1 No.
- Mains Indicating Lamp 1 No.
- Mains ON/OFF switch 1 no.
- Heater Indicating Lamp 1 No.
